This may have been addressed, or it may not have been. But if it helps anyone, here is my information on the Quests on Tatooine and Dantooine. Please feel free to add information if you have any.
The Format is: NPC name, reward, then mission(s) and details.
I also put a subjective difficulty rating for NPCs or unique creatures. Please note that sometimes the number of Imperial or Rebel NPCs present is not obvious, as they do NOT auto-aggro unless you are overt or TEFed, so it's not always clear they were mixed with a natural spawn. I am reasonably confident in these numbers, however. Additionally, destroy missions are completed when killing the NPC or creature directly on the waypoint, so one can target that NPC and run without killing them all, especially effective when doing the last mission from Drakka Judarrl, for example.
